I'd love to see a grass snake. I've seen adders in Northumberland. I remember sitting on a warm rock in the sun at Bollihope Common many years ago and suddenly becoming aware I was sharing the rock with two small adders. Never a grass snake, though.

There's also a third UK snake - the smooth snake - but as Britain's rarest native reptile, we're unlikely to see them at all.
