The European Society of Cardiology says "greater intake of red and processed meat is associated with worse heart function."

Cancer Research UK says:

"processed meat can cause bowel cancer...

Eating lots of red meat can also increase the risk of cancer...

The less processed and red meat you eat, the lower your risk"

The American Diabetes Association says "the evidence on the positive association between red and processed meats and type 2 diabetes was rated to be of “high quality"

I found these three examples almost immediately at the top of Google's search results. How is it you can come on here and claim that there is no evidence that eating meat causes these diseases when the evidence is so easy to find?
