Thanks for your reply, Vincent. I'd argue that there is no way to respectfully kill someone simply because you want to eat their flesh. If it's not a life-or-death situation for us (which it isn't, as there are plenty of other things we can eat) then choosing to kill someone because of a mere dietary preference is, by definition, disrespectful.
