It sounds hopeful, if only the oligarchs could be persuaded to release their grip on the more 'profitable' current energy sources... until you start to look at how and where they would obtain the raw materials to build an entire new energy system on a scale big enough to replace the current one and you realise it is just another massive use of natural resources that the ecosystem cannot sustain
