I'm interested to know why you favour those two platforms over Medium. I'm slowly building up my Medium readership, but I cannot do it as fast as I would like, owing to lack of time and only being able to write so much content in a day. If I were to start focusing my efforts on other platforms, my work on this one would suffer. What was it that made you choose your own blog + Quora rather than focusing all your efforts on Medium?
