I must admit this is one thing I don't do these days. I used to always have a notebook handy and was constantly scribbling in them. Nowadays, because I spend so much time at my desk, I've gotten out of the habit of carrying a notebook around with me - I really must start doing it again (relying a my phone just isn't the same)
