I mean, I guess 'success' is all relative. I'm only comparing my own boosted stories to my own non-boosted stories.

Interestingly, since my previous reply I've noticed that one of my recent non-boosted stories has had more reads than some of my boosted ones, but has only made a fraction of the money that each of the boosted stories have made.

By the same token, a non-boosted article that has over 2,000 reads only made around the same amount of money as boosted articles with only a few hundred reads.

In other words, getting boosted won’t necessarily increase your reads but it will probably increase your earnings.
