I didn't choose the term animal flesh to browbeat her, I used it instinctively because that's what it is and that is how I am accustomed to referring to it. I wonder if you would have the same advice for a feminist who didn't use the same word that a misogynist used in a conversation? If someone habitually refers to women as 'bitches', do you think feminists should also use that word so as not to make the misogynist feel uncomfortable?
