Itā€™s been three weeks since I wrote about my move from š¯•¸ to Bluesky and my reasons for doing it.

I wasnā€™t the only one. There has been a mass exodus from Elon Muskā€™s social media platform for multiple reasons. You can read about some of them here:

At the time I wrote that article, Bluesky was growing by a million users a day. It currently has over 24 million, increasing by one user every second.

People are loving it. Thereā€™s a feeling among many Bluesky users of a new-found sense of freedom and community without Muskā€™s oppressive and discriminatory algorithm and without all the constant negativity from trolls and bots.

Itā€™s a bit like Twitter used to be back in the day, before Space Karen bought it and ruined it.
