Here’s the Real Reason You’re Not Vegan
And it’s not what people think
I’m going to assume you’re not vegan.
I think that’s a fair assumption — the majority of people aren’t.
People have their own reasons:
- It’s too expensive
- It’s not healthy
- Eating meat is natural
- People have always eaten animals
- Humans are top of the food chain
- Animals were created for us to eat
- Animals eat other animals
- I don’t eat much meat
- I only eat free-range
These are all popular arguments, but do they really stand up to scrutiny?
Truth is, any vegan will demolish all those arguments in about three minutes flat.
I know that’s probably not what you wanted to hear, so let’s take a quick look at these arguments and why they won’t hold up if you’re ever in a debate with a hardcore vegan.
“It’s too expensive”
It’s often said that veganism is a privileged position and that vegan foods are more costly than non-vegan foods.
