In my previous article, “Why True Buddhism is Vegan,” I discussed some fundamental teachings of Buddhism and how they correlate with the principles of veganism. As I established, many of the key tenets of Buddhism, such as compassion, non-violence, and interdependence, align with vegan philosophy.

In this long-overdue follow-up article, I aim to delve deeper into the ongoing journey of embracing veganism as an integral part of sincere Buddhist practice.
