Did you know that Medium has now introduced a 'Tip' button so your 'BuyMeACoffee' link is one less thing to worry about. I think it's still in Beta so might not be available to everyone, but if you go to your 'Settings' under 'Audience Development' you should see an option to 'Manage tipping'
