According to world-renowned nutrition expert Dr Micheal Greger, eight out of ten of the most common killer diseases in the Western world can be prevented or even reversed by a simple change in diet.

I recently wrote more about that bold claim .

But did you know that certain foods are so packed full of beneficial nutrients they are considered ‘superfoods,’ and eating them regularly can not only lower your risk of disease but actively boost your health and wellbeing considerably.

These are all common foods that are easy to obtain in most supermarkets or health stores, and they don’t cost a fortune, yet making it a habit to add them to your meals can supercharge your energy, vitality, and overall fitness, whilst protecting against all kinds of ill-health.
