You know how it is… veganism seems to be everywhere you look nowadays. Whether it’s on social media, on TV, on the high street or even in the workplace, vegans seem to be everywhere, reeling off lists of good reasons why you should give up eating meat, dairy and eggs.
Whether it’s because of the horrific conditions animals are kept in on factory farms, the terrible suffering in abattoirs and slaughterhouses, damage to the environment, the effects of animal agriculture on climate change, the health dangers of cholesterol, saturated fat and processed meats… the list seems to be endless and every week there seems to be even more vegans telling you why you should care about these issues.
So in this post, I’m going to talk about 10 reasons NOT to go vegan.

I’ll be exploring each of the following reasons in more depth, so you’ll be well armed with some decent arguments next time you find yourself in a debate about veganism.
